A technician in orange coveralls sitting at the open back door of a white service van

Our story

From a used van to ten trucks

Walt Harlan left a job at a steel supply house in 1991 and started doing plumbing repairs out of his garage. Heating work followed when customers kept asking who could fix their boilers. By 2006 his daughters Dana and Beth had both joined, Dana as a plumber and Beth as an HVAC technician, and the shop started doing replacements.

We’re still on Linden Avenue. We still answer our own phones, and we’d rather lose a sale than sell you something you don’t need.
