These are our office hours, when we book visits and answer questions about bills. The emergency line is answered by a person 24 hours a day, every day, holidays included: call (740) 555-0134. When the office is closed, a visit carries a $95 after-hours fee, and we tell you the total before the truck leaves.

Paying a bill
When a job is done, we email a secure link so you can pay by card from your phone, or you can pay the tech with a card, check or cash. To pay a bill later, call the office or reply to the email we sent.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our Ohio HVAC contractor license is HV.31244 and our plumbing contractor license is PL.28871. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and we’ll send a certificate on request. Every HVAC tech is EPA Section 608 certified.
Do you background-check your technicians?
Yes, every one, before they work in anyone’s home.
