Scheduling questions
How soon can someone come, and do I need to be home?
Calls before 2 p.m. for no heat, no hot water or a leak usually get a truck the same day, often within two hours. Routine visits are booked in four-hour windows, and we text when the tech is ten minutes away. Someone 18 or older needs to be home, because we need access and your approval of the price. We use floor covers and shoe covers, and we clean up.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Water heaters, gas lines, furnaces and sewer repairs usually need one in Muskingum County. We pull the permit and pass on the fee at cost, and the inspector’s sign-off is part of the job.
