A person answers · 24 hours · every day
No heat, no hot water, a leak? Call now.
Most no-heat and burst-pipe calls get a truck the same day, and nights and weekends cost $95 more. You hear the total on the phone, before the truck leaves.
Call now. A person picks up.
Tell us your address and what’s happening. We’ll say what to do while you wait, and give you a price and a time.

Before you wait for us
First, stay safe
If something smells wrong or a pipe is flooding, a few minutes matter more than a phone call to us.
- Smell gas? Leave the house, then call 911 and the gas company
- A carbon monoxide alarm sounding? Get outside, then call 911
- Burst pipe? Shut off the main water valve; we’ll talk you through it
- No heat in freezing weather? Close off unused rooms and open cabinets under sinks on outside walls

Emergency questions
Do you take emergency calls, and does it cost more at night or on weekends?
Yes. A person answers our emergency line 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays. When the office is closed (weekdays after 5 p.m., Saturdays after noon, Sundays and holidays), a visit has a $95 after-hours fee on top of the $89 service call. It’s the same for everyone, Comfort Club members too, and we quote the total on the phone before the truck leaves.
What counts as an emergency?
No heat when it’s freezing, no hot water, a burst pipe or active leak, a backed-up sewer, and no cooling when someone in the house is elderly, ill or an infant. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, get outside and call 911 first, then call us.
Stuck right now? Call.
If every truck is out, you’ll get a text within minutes with a time, not a voicemail.
