Members pay the same after-hours fee as everyone else. Plans cover one home, up to two heating and cooling systems.
The fine print, in plain words
How it renews, and how to cancel
You pay once a year on the day you join. The plan renews on that date, and we email you 30 days before so there are no surprises. Cancel any time by calling the office, emailing us or telling your tech. If you cancel within 30 days of paying and haven’t used a visit, you get everything back.
Tune-ups are booked by you, in the fall and spring. A member’s repair visit is the same $59 service call, applied to the repair.

Do you offer a discount for seniors or veterans?
Yes. People 65 and older and veterans or active military get 10% off repairs, not new systems. Ask when you call, or tell your tech.
