Walt started it with one van
Two daughters, one number, 35 years
Walt Harlan opened the shop in 1991 with a used van and a pipe threader in his garage on Linden Avenue. His daughters Dana and Beth grew up riding along, and today Dana, a master plumber, and Beth, who leads our heating and cooling work, run the company.
Every call is answered by a person, and every technician is background-checked, licensed or working under a licensed lead. Walt still stops by on Fridays to check the parts shelf.

What neighbors say
- ★★★★★
“Our furnace quit at 9 p.m. in the first cold snap. Priya told me the full price on the phone, Cody was here in 80 minutes, and the bill was exactly that. Replaced a part, house warm by 11.”
Karen T.No-heat call, ZanesvilleReview on Google - ★★★★★
“Three companies quoted the same size as the old units. Marcus measured the house and said a smaller furnace would do. Our bill is lower, and the house is more even than it’s ever been.”
Dave M.New furnace and AC, New ConcordReview on Google - ★★★★★
“My tank started leaking on a Saturday. They had a new one in by lunch and hauled the old one away. The price on the tablet was the price on the bill.”
