What you’ll do

Answer the emergency line, take the address and symptoms, quote the service call and after-hours fee from our list and send the nearest truck. You’ll text customers their arrival time.

What we’re looking for

A calm voice and a good ear. People call when it’s freezing or the basement is flooding, so patience matters more than experience. We’ll teach you the pricing and the map.

Schedule

Saturday noon to 8 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., about 16 hours a week.
