HVAC Service Technician

Harlan & Daughters is a family company, and our technicians are the reason customers call us back.

What you’ll do

Run service calls, diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, explain what you find in plain words and write up the price. Beth Harlan and our lead technician are a call away.

What we’re looking for

Two or more years in residential HVAC, EPA Section 608 certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. NATE certification is a plus, and we pay for it. You’ll pass a background check, as every one of our technicians does.

Pay and schedule

$28 to $40 an hour, based on experience, with overtime. Monday to Friday, with a paid on-call rotation about one week in six. Health insurance after 90 days, a company truck, tools allowance, uniforms and paid time off.
