Our install crews put in a new system in a day, and we’d like to train the next person.
What you’ll do
You’ll start as a helper on an install crew: carrying equipment, protecting floors, running lines and learning each step. In your first year you’ll start small jobs on your own and work toward your EPA certification and an Ohio license.
What we’re looking for
A valid driver’s license, steady hands and the ability to lift 60 pounds. Reliability matters more than experience.
Pay and schedule
$19 to $24 an hour, with raises as you earn certifications, which we pay for. Full time, Monday to Friday, with paid training and health insurance after 90 days.
